R. Carl Moy is an Adjunct Professor of Law at Mitchell Hamline School of Law (2015–present), previously serving as Professor of Law there from 1996–2015. He holds a B.M.E. from the University of Minnesota (1978) and a J.D. from George Washington University Law School (1983). His career includes roles as a patent examiner, agent, attorney, and judicial clerk, combined with academic leadership in intellectual property law.
