Brett Klein

Brett Klein is an Adjunct Professor at Mitchell Hamline School of Law, where he directs the Intellectual Property (IP) Clinic. He holds an undergraduate degree in civil engineering from Iowa State University and practiced structural engineering before earning his Juris Doctor from Mitchell Hamline in 2007. As a licensed patent attorney at Schwegman, Lundberg & Woessner, he specializes in intellectual property law and technology transfer.
