Carl Johan Erikson is a Lecturer in liberal arts specializing in digital photography at the Royal Academy of Fine Arts since 2014. He manages the institution's digital darkroom facilities, which include large-format printers and scanners. His artistic practice spans photography, artists' books, and video. He holds a degree from the School of Photography at the University of Gothenburg (1988–1992).
