Candice Reimers is a Lecturer at the UC Davis Graduate School of Management, teaching 'Managing People in High-Performance Organizations' in the MBA program. She concurrently serves as Associate Academic Director in the University of Pennsylvania's Doctoral Program for Chief Learning Officers.
With over 20 years of organizational consulting experience, her expertise focuses on aligning business strategy, organizational culture, and people systems. She has worked with Fortune 500 companies, startups, and non-profits across healthcare, e-commerce, fintech, and other sectors.
Her educational background includes a Ph.D. in Education with a focus on Work-Based Learning from the University of Pennsylvania, an M.Ed. from the same institution, and a B.A. in Sociology from UC Irvine. Prior to teaching, she spent 12 years at Google developing people programs during periods of rapid growth.
