Alice Obermiller

Alice Obermiller is an Adjunct Professor of Management at Loyola University Chicago’s Quinlan School of Business. With over 20 years of leadership development expertise, she specializes in strategic leadership coaching, experiential learning, and organizational dynamics. Previously, she served as Director of Experiential Learning and Leadership Development at the University of Notre Dame’s Mendoza College of Business (2017–2021) and held leadership roles at the University of Chicago Booth School of Business (2005–2017). She currently works at Elevance Health as an executive talent program manager.

• BA in Education, Purdue University

Her research and teaching focus on leadership development, conflict resolution, and team dynamics. She led modules on 'Leveraging Networks' in Notre Dame’s Women in Leadership Certificate program and designed MBA leadership simulations at Chicago Booth. Her expertise spans corporate sectors, including Fortune 500 firms, startups, and healthcare.

Alice is a Certified Master Coach (ICF and EMCC) and actively contributes to global initiatives, serving on the board of the Global Alliance for Africa while supporting microfinance and sustainable development projects in East Africa.
