Denitra Griffin is an Adjunct Instructor of Management at the Quinlan School of Business, Loyola University Chicago. She brings extensive real-world leadership and entrepreneurial experience into the academic environment, particularly in management, social enterprise, and workforce development.
Her educational background includes:

Dr. Griffin's research and professional interests center on leadership development, social responsibility, economic equity, and community empowerment. Her work bridges education, business strategy, and nonprofit leadership, with a strong emphasis on uplifting underserved communities through workforce training and financial wellness programs.
Though no peer-reviewed publications are listed, her career reflects a deep engagement with applied management principles, social innovation, and organizational leadership, particularly through her role as co-owner and President of AGB Investigative Services and CEO of the Always Giving Back Foundation.

She is also a member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Incorporated.
She leads the Always Giving Back Foundation, which focuses on disrupting poverty through education and workforce development, and co-founded impactful community initiatives such as the annual Thanksgiving Day of Service at Reavis Elementary School and Chicago’s first Feed My Starving Children event that packed over 100,000 meals for Haiti.
