Can Bayram

Dr. Can Bayram is an Associate Professor in the Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. He serves as a resident faculty member at the Nick Holonyak, Jr. Micro and Nanotechnology Laboratory and leads the Innovative Compound Semiconductor Laboratory (ICORLAB). His research focuses on semiconductor technologies, particularly cubic GaN and diamond-based devices for next-generation electronics and photonics.
