Cameron Fogle is an Associate Professor of Legal Writing at the University of Alabama School of Law. He teaches first-year and upper-level legal writing courses, as well as a class on federal government contracting law. Additionally, he coaches the law school’s Hispanic National Bar Association Moot Court Team and assists with the Philip C. Jessup International Moot Court Team.
Education:
- B.A. in Political Science from Wake Forest University (1995)
- J.D. from the University of Georgia School of Law (1998)
Professor Fogle’s research and practice focus on litigation related to federal government contracting, including bid protests and cases under the False Claims Act. His expertise also extends to legal writing pedagogy and moot court coaching, with international experience coaching teams at St. Petersburg State University in Russia.

- Clerked at the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit
- Practiced for eleven years at law firms Holland & Knight, LLP and Arnold & Porter, LLP (now Arnold & Porter Kaye Scholer) in Washington, D.C.
