Cameron Conaway

Cameron Conaway is an Instructor in Management & Organization at the Smeal College of Business, Pennsylvania State University, joining in 2025. He teaches MBA and undergraduate courses focusing on ethical leadership, business ethics, social responsibility, and environmental sustainability. His research explores workplace feedback's role in fostering innovation and psychologically safe cultures, emphasizing employee feedback literacy. Previously, he served as Head of Marketing at Cisco Networking Academy and worked as an international journalist, earning the Daniel Pearl Investigative Journalism Fellowship. He holds an Executive MBA from the University of San Francisco and dual BA degrees in Criminal Justice and English from Penn State.
