Cameron Conaway

Cameron Conaway is an adjunct professor at the University of San Francisco’s Masagung Graduate School of Management, where he teaches talent management in the Enterprise MBA program. He also holds a prior adjunct role at Penn State Smeal College of Business, focusing on ethical leadership and business ethics. His research explores workplace feedback’s role in fostering innovation and developing ‘employee feedback literacy.’
