Dr. Caitlin Goss is a Senior Lecturer at the TC Beirne School of Law, University of Queensland, and Centre Director of the Centre for Public, International and Comparative Law. She holds a DPhil in comparative constitutional law from the University of Oxford, funded by a Rhodes Scholarship and a Commemorative Fellowship. Her teaching focuses on Evidence Law, Constitutional Law, and Public International Law.
Dr. Goss’s research explores comparative constitutional law, constitutional theory, international law, and evidence law. Notable projects include analyses of interim constitutions and historical facts in legal adjudication. She has contributed to the Oxford Jessup Moot team and served as a Judge's Associate to Chief Justice Catherine Holmes.
Her recent work addresses challenges in domestic violence litigation evidence and treaty withdrawal processes. Awards include recognition for her postgraduate research and contributions to legal scholarship. Dr. Goss is actively involved in research centres and interdisciplinary projects at UQ and collaborates internationally on legal theory and practice.
