Bryan Schaffer

Dr. Bryan Schaffer is an Assistant Professor of Management at the College of Business, Western Carolina University (WCU), where he has taught since Fall 2022. Previously, he served as an Assistant and Associate Professor at Florida Gulf Coast University (2014–2022) and as an Associate Professor and Chair of the Department of Management and Accountancy at the University of North Carolina Asheville (2003–2014). He holds a PhD in Organizational Behavior & HRM from the University of Georgia, an MBA from Georgia State University, and a BSBA in Finance from the University of Florida.
