Brunetto Piochi is an Adjunct Faculty member at the University of New Haven, affiliated with the Department of Mathematics and Physics - Math. He works at the Tuscany Campus in Prato and serves as a Study Abroad Contact.

His research focuses on Semigroup Theory, Informatics, and Mathematics Education for Students with Special Needs. He currently engages in teacher training and national/international math education projects.
