Brooke Rogers

Brooke Rogers is a Senior Lecturer in Risk and Terror at King’s College London’s Department of War Studies, and co-Director of the MA in Terrorism, Security and Society. She holds honorary roles with Public Health England (PHE), the Global Futures Partnership, RUSI, and government steering groups like the Home Office’s Community Resilience Programme. Her expertise spans social psychology, risk perception, and terrorism psychology, applied to healthcare communication, nuclear energy, NGO partnerships, and pharmaceuticals.

She teaches NATO courses across five countries and advises governments globally. Her professional network includes the MOD, Metropolitan Police, and Redline Aviation, alongside editorial board memberships. Rogers bridges academic research with practical security policy, focusing on community resilience and expert-public communication dynamics.
