Mayo Clinic College of Medicine and Scienceمعرفی
Brooke R. Druliner, Ph.D., is an Assistant Professor at Mayo Clinic, holding academic appointments in Biochemistry and Molecular Biology, Medicine, Physiology & Biomedical Engineering, and Gastroenterology/Hepatology. Her research focuses on epigenetic memory mechanisms in intestinal stem cells, leveraging organoid models and genome engineering to study diseases like colorectal cancer and inflammatory bowel disease. She leads a lab developing novel methodologies for stem cell regulation analysis and has pioneered microfluidic systems for studying gut-nerve interactions. Dr. Druliner has been awarded NIH Loan Repayment and KL2 Career Development Awards, and actively contributes to the American Gastroenterological Association's research initiatives.
Education: Ph.D. in Cell and Molecular Biology (Florida State University), BA in Anthropology (Rollins College). She is affiliated with Mayo's Center for Regenerative Biotherapeutics and the Stem Cell and Organoid Core.
Research areas include epigenomic memory in disease contexts, organoid-based drug discovery, and translational strategies for gastrointestinal disorders. Her work bridges basic science and clinical applications, aiming to improve predictive and therapeutic approaches for patients.
