Dr. Bridget Carroll is a Lecturer in the Department of Food Business & Development and a researcher at the Centre for Co-operative Studies at University College Cork. She lectures on programs including the MSc Co-operatives, Agri-food and Sustainable Development, online MSc Co-operatives and Social Enterprise, BComm, BSc International Development & Food Business, and MBA. She serves as Academic Director of the Diploma in Corporate Governance (Food Business).
