Brian Bidolli is a Lecturer in Real Estate Development and Urban Planning at the University of Arizona's School of Landscape Architecture and Planning (CAPLA), where he joined in 2017 while simultaneously serving as Executive Director of the Norwalk Redevelopment Agency in Connecticut.

His research integrates technology with urban systems through smart city initiatives, transportation planning, and real estate finance. As a Bosch Foundation Fellow in Berlin, he implemented SAP's global smart city projects across six continents, specializing in data-driven policy solutions for governmental and business processes.
