Brandi Johnson serves as Vice President and Chief Diversity Officer at Endicott College, concurrently holding the role of Adjunct Lecturer. She has been with the institution since 2008, contributing across various student-focused roles. Her academic credentials include a B.A. from the University of Massachusetts Amherst, an M.Ed. from Lesley University, and an M.S. from Regis College.
Her professional experience spans roles at Regis College, Brookline Public Schools, UMass Amherst, Boston Public Schools, and Citizen Schools, alongside AmeriCorps service with inner-city youth in Boston. She is actively engaged in community leadership, serving on the boards of Harborlight Montessori School, Landmark School, and Pathways for Children. Additionally, she contributes as a Grant Follow-Up Site Visitor for the Cummings Foundation and participates in the 2023-2024 North Shore LEADS 5.0 Fellowship program.
Brandi is a frequent guest speaker at high schools and a keynote presenter at diversity-focused webinars. Her awards reflect recognition for her commitment to equity, education, and community impact.
