Bozin Trendafilov, M.Sc, is an Assistant Professor at the Faculty of Forestry, Ss. Cyril and Methodius University in Skopje. His academic work spans geodesy, hydrology, and environmental management, with a focus on erosion control, land degradation, and geoinformatics. He teaches courses in Geodesy with Technical Drawing, Forest and Urban Hydrology, and Land Protection from Erosion, among others.
- Born in Skopje in 1981, completed primary and secondary education at "Josip Broz Tito" High School.
- Bachelor's degree in Forestry (2006) from Faculty of Forestry, Skopje, with GPA 8.52.
- Master's in Environmental Management (2013) from CIHEAM-France, thesis on "Research on the impact of forest fires on erosion risks", awarded Cum Maxima Laude.
His research interests center on erosion mitigation, water resource management, and geospatial technologies for environmental planning. He actively contributes to applied projects addressing land degradation and reclamation of disturbed sites.
Bozin holds a C2 Certificate of Proficiency in English from the Dean's Office of the Faculty of Philology "Blaže Koneski" in Skopje. He has participated in numerous national and international projects, seminars, and workshops to enhance his expertise.
