Boyana Bachvarova

Boyana Bachvarova is a Chief Assistant Professor in the Department of Pre-Production and Production at the Faculty of Screen Arts, National Academy of Theatre and Film Arts (NATFIA) in Sofia, Bulgaria. She holds a PhD in Scenography from NATFIA, with a dissertation titled *'Multimedia in the Space of Theater - the Intersection of Art and Technology'* (2019). Her academic roles include teaching Film and Television Design, Set Design, Costume Makeup, and leading team projects for students.

Professional Experience: Freelance scenographer since 2009, executing over 50 projects across theatre, cinema, advertising, and installations.
