Assoc. Prof. Boris Balog, PhD is an Associate Professor at the Pan-European University and Head of the Department of Constitutional Law and Political Science at the Faculty of Law. He also serves as the Vice-Dean for Research, Doctoral Studies, and Internal Quality System, overseeing research initiatives and academic quality.
