Professor Branislav Cepek is a faculty member at the Faculty of Law, Paneuropean University PEVŠ, where he serves as Head of the Department of Administrative Law, Financial Law, and Environmental Law. He specializes in environmental law, legal regulation of environmental components, and administrative law.

Academic & Scientific Activities: Served on the Disciplinary Panel of the Supreme Court (2015–2018), as Vice-Dean for Doctoral Studies (2017–2020), and on various committees including the Ministry of Education's Dissemination Committee (2021–present). He is a member of the editorial board of the Pan-European Legal Letters and chairs the expert committee for the Act on Nature and Landscape Protection.
