JUDr. Rastislav Kaššák, PhD, is an Assistant Professor at the Department of Administrative Law, Financial Law and Environmental Law within the Faculty of Law at Pan-European University. His career spans legal practice, academia, and public service, with expertise in administrative law, European law, and environmental regulation. He has held leadership roles in disciplinary commissions and legislative advisory bodies.
