Andrea Erdősová

Assoc. Prof. Andrea Erdősová, PhD is an Associate Professor and Head of the Department of Private International Law at the Faculty of Law, Pan-European University PEVŠ in Bratislava. She is also a Member of the Slovak Society for International Law and serves on the Scientific Council of the Faculty of Law at Pan-European University.

• Education: Graduated from the Faculty of Law at Comenius University in Bratislava

Her research focuses on international and European law, human rights, medical law, and bioethics. She has participated in research projects related to medical law and freedom of expression in modern technologies.

Andrea Erdősová promotes clinical education methods, integrating practical experience with academic study. She has lectured extensively in Slovakia, the Czech Republic, and at international conferences, employing the Socratic method in her teaching.

Her professional experience includes work at law firm Valko & partners (specializing in constitutional law and human rights) and the Civil Law Section of the Slovak Ministry of Justice.
