Bo-Won Keum is a Lecturer at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology's Department of Architecture within the School of Architecture and Planning. She is an interdisciplinary graphic designer, researcher, and educator who merges design practice with social justice initiatives.
Her research focuses on visual communication, expanded typography, and the intersection of design with public scholarship. She explores how design can facilitate dialogue around systemic inequities, particularly through her editorial work.
