Juliette Cezzar is a tenured Associate Professor of Communication Design at Parsons School of Design, The New School. She directed the BFA Communication Design and BFA Design & Technology programs from 2011–2014. Her independent design practice, e.a.d., focuses on editorial and identity projects for cultural clients in food, art, and architecture. She is a published author and former president of AIGA/NY (2014–2016). Her work bridges design practice, education, and cultural critique.

Research Interests: Explores design’s role in cultural idea transmission and pathways within the design field. Her work analyzes how design shapes communication across print and digital media, emphasizing ethical and cultural dimensions.
