Dr. Blanche Collard is a contractual lecturer and researcher at the University of Paris-Saclay, affiliated with the IDEEV laboratory (Ecology, Society and Evolution) and the Ecological Processes and Human Impact team. Her interdisciplinary research bridges agricultural and urban ecology, focusing on biodiversity conservation and ecosystem services.
- PhD in Agroecology from Université d'Avignon (2019)
- Agronomic engineer from ENSAT (École Nationale Supérieure d'Agronomie de Toulouse)
Research domains: Agroecology, Urban ecology, Entomology, Ecosystem services, Biological control, Individual-based modelling, Penalised linear models. Key projects include GARLAND (garden biodiversity conservation) and studies on pest control in agricultural systems through habitat organization.
Teaching: Co-responsible for "Issues and challenges of biocontrol" unit at Agroparistech. Supervises PhD students Mathieu Lachaise and Quentin Dutertre on urban biodiversity topics.
