Björn Fasterling

Björn Fasterling is Professor of Law and Business Ethics at EDHEC Business School, where he serves in the Faculty of Accounting, Control & Legal Affairs and researches at the EDHEC Augmented Law Institute. Holding a PhD in law and an LLM, he previously practiced international law at Wilmer, Cutler & Pickering in Berlin.

His research focuses on:

• Corporate governance and compliance systems
• International contract law and European legal frameworks
• Ethical implications of AI and data-driven technologies
• Business human rights and corporate accountability

Recent publications demonstrate strong emphasis on regulatory approaches to technology and corporate ethics.
