Bing-Ying Hu is a Senior Lecturer and Academic Director of the Chinese Flagship Program at Hunter College (CUNY). Her roles span curriculum coordination, teaching, and field supervision in Chinese language education.

Her research focuses on K-16 language pedagogy, with expertise in blended learning and proficiency-based curriculum development. She has led initiatives integrating face-to-face and online instruction for Grades K-16 students.
