Binesh Hass is a Departmental Lecturer in Law at the University of Oxford's Faculty of Law, with affiliations to the Faculty of Philosophy and the Bonavero Institute of Human Rights. His research bridges law and philosophy, focusing on reasonableness standards, legal authority, and the intersection of law with medical ethics and technology.
