Bhumika Gupta is an Associate Professor in Human Resource Management and Organization Behavior at Institut Mines-Télécom Business School (IMT-BS), France, and serves as Program Director for the Master of Science in International Management. She holds a PhD from the University of Pau, France, and has conducted visiting research at Stanford University and Copenhagen Business School.
