Beth Pontari serves as Vice President for Academic Affairs and Provost at Furman University since May 2024, previously holding roles such as Interim Provost (2022-2024), Associate Provost for Engaged Learning (2017-2022), and Psychology Professor since 2001. She chairs Furman's Quality Enhancement Plan (QEP) and co-leads strategic planning initiatives. Her administrative leadership focuses on institutional accreditation, grant management, and academic program optimization.
