Kenneth D. Peterson is a Professor of Economics at Furman University, affiliated with the Department of Economics. He has held significant administrative roles including Department Chair (12 years), Dean of Faculty (2016-2019), and Provost (2019-2022). His research focuses on higher education economics, enrollment trends, and college finances/athletics. He teaches courses in introductory economics, strategy, microeconomic theory, and environmental economics.
