Rhett Bryson is a Professor of Scenic & Lighting Design at Furman University's Department of Theatre Arts, with over 40 years of academic and professional experience. He holds an M.F.A. from the University of Georgia and a B.A. from Florida State University. His expertise spans theatre design, lighting, and directing, with notable works including The Winter's Tale (2013), Doubt, a Parable (2013), and Harvey (2000). Bryson has also authored books on magic, such as The Devil's Prayerbook and The Money Maker Machine Manual, and performs as a comedian magician, including as the official magician for the Greenville Drive baseball team.
