Bernice Downey is a researcher at McMaster University’s Faculty of Health Sciences, jointly appointed in Psychiatry & Behavioural Neurosciences. Her work focuses on Indigenous health equity, cultural safety, and addressing systemic barriers in healthcare access for Indigenous communities.
