Bernadette Scott is a Senior Lecturer in Human Resources Management at the Glasgow School for Business and Society, Department of People and Organisations, Glasgow Caledonian University. She leads Business Management provision for the African Leadership College in Mauritius and serves as Associate Editor for the Journal of Management Development.
