Benjamin Brady is an Assistant Professor of Law at the University of Arkansas School of Law, specializing in legal history and the intersection of law with global economic systems. His research examines how legal institutions shape economic integration while balancing local autonomy, and explores transnational legal norm diffusion. He teaches courses in Civil Procedure, Conflict of Laws, Legal History, and Trademark Law.

His work combines historical analysis with contemporary legal challenges, particularly focusing on copyright law and judicial roles in economic governance. Prior to joining the University of Arkansas in 2024, Brady held advisory roles at the U.S. Copyright Office and Securities and Exchange Commission, and clerked for Judge Raymond Gruender of the Eighth Circuit.
