Ben DeVan is an Associate Professor of Ethics and Organizational Behavior and Chair of the Ethics and Organizational Behavior sub-department at the Catherine T. MacArthur School. He joined the institution in 2017. His research focuses on ethical implications of future visions, deep-level diversity among evangelical Christians, atheists, and Muslims, reconciliation, resilience, and applied narrative ethics. His work bridges religious studies, theology, and social science, with publications in venues like the Journal of Religion and Society and Journal for the Study of Religions and Ideologies.

DeVan teaches ethics, religion, and organizational behavior. His interdisciplinary approach includes science-religion dialogue and international relations. Married to Kartini, with two children.
