Ben Bolgar is a Fellow and Visiting Fellow at Kellogg College, University of Oxford, and serves as Senior Director for The King’s Foundation, overseeing communication, research, urban and architectural projects, and education. He also teaches at Trinity Saint David and Oxford Universities.

His research and professional work focuses on sustainable urban development, heritage conservation, and ecological design. He has led over 50 collaborative planning and design projects globally, including city expansions, brownfield remediation, and healthcare facilities like Alder Hey Children’s Hospital.
Ben has authored reports such as 'Housing London: A Mid-rise Solution' and 'Building Communities: What People Want', emphasizing community-driven design principles. He recently joined Stockbridge as Design Director to promote high-quality, mixed-use developments.
Professional memberships include the Architecture Club, New Urban Guild, and advisory roles at Coed Darcy Ltd, Wellness Within Your Walls, and the Historic Preservation MSc program at Notre Dame.
