Dr Begonya Alcacer-Pitarch is a University Academic Fellow at the School of Medicine, University of Leeds. Her research focuses on systemic sclerosis, musculoskeletal disease, and long-term conditions. She holds a PhD in medicine from the University of Leeds and additional qualifications in clinical hypnosis, non-medical prescribing, and health research.
