Becca Walker is a Professor in the Department of Earth Sciences and Astronomy at Mt. San Antonio College, a two-year institution in Los Angeles County. Since 2006, she has focused on teaching non-science majors, integrating field-based learning, and developing geoscience education initiatives. Her work includes co-supervising student independent study projects and serving as co-PI on the GETSI (Geodesy Tools for Societal Issues) project since 2009.
