Barry P. McDonald is a Professor of Law at Pepperdine University Caruso School of Law, where he has taught since 2000. His expertise spans constitutional law, First Amendment jurisprudence, intellectual property, and contracts law. A former law clerk to U.S. Chief Justice William H. Rehnquist and Judge James K. Logan, he maintains active memberships in the American Bar Association, U.S. Supreme Court Bar, and the Presbyterian Church of the U.S.A. Litigation Advisory Committee.
