Barry Hill

Barry Hill serves as Adjunct Professor at Vermont Law School, bringing extensive expertise in environmental justice, sustainable development, and governance frameworks. His career spans leadership roles at the EPA Office of Environmental Justice and Department of the Interior.

Research focuses on environmental justice policy implementation, climate impacts on vulnerable populations, and legal capacity-building. He has lectured globally on judicial training, citizen enforcement participation, and climate justice for indigenous communities.

Honors include the ABA's Distinguished Achievement Award and an honorary doctorate recognizing his environmental justice advocacy. Courses taught include Environmental Justice and Independent Research Projects.
