Barbara Ann White is a Professor of Law and Director of the MSBA-UB Business Law Clerkship Program at the University of Baltimore School of Law. She holds a J.D. from SUNY Buffalo and a Ph.D. from Cornell University, with a B.A. from Hunter College.

Dr. White's research focuses on Law and Economics Analysis, particularly in Antitrust, Business Associations (e.g., corporations, LLCs), and Securities Regulations. She integrates ethical frameworks like feminism into business law and has collaborated internationally on comparative child sexual abuse studies.
Her interdisciplinary work spans economic decision-making under uncertainty, antitrust jurisprudence, and empirical legal studies, including a decade-long analysis of affirmative action in law schools.
Notable honors include the 2011 Saul Ewing Teaching Award, the MSBA President's Best Section Project Award, and a Fulbright Scholarship for EU harmonization research. She co-founded the MSBA-UB Clerkship Program (2007), now a model for policy development.
