معرفی
Baokang Bi is a Researcher at the Department of Physics & Astronomy, Michigan State University. He serves as the manager of the Keck Microfabrication Facility (KMF), where he oversees operations, maintains advanced instrumentation, and trains students and postdocs in micro- and nano-fabrication techniques.
- Ph.D. (1993)
- M.S. (1986)
- B.S. (1982)
His role involves supporting interdisciplinary research through state-of-the-art facilities like photolithography, electron beam lithography, and analytical tools including field emission scanning electron microscopy and Raman spectrometry. He collaborates extensively with faculty across departments such as physics, chemistry, and electrical engineering.
The KMF, active since 1996, has supported over 270 researchers from MSU and external institutions. The facility provides critical resources for material analysis and fabrication, enhancing research in applied physics and semiconductor technology.
