Aysu Senyuz is an Assistant Professor in Marketing (Strategy and Marketing) at the University of Sussex Business School, UK. Previously, she held an Assistant Professor position at Central European University, Austria (2021–2023). She earned her PhD in Marketing from the University of Central Florida (2016–2021). Her research focuses on emotions in consumer behavior, particularly exploring how social relationships and emotions influence consumer decisions, with an emphasis on sustainable consumption, luxury branding, and ethical marketing practices.

Research Interests:
Her work examines the intersection of emotions and consumer behavior, including the role of awe in marketing communications, the impact of nonverbal cues in luxury advertising, and sustainable consumption patterns. She aims to bridge theoretical insights with practical business solutions while promoting socially responsible consumer practices aligned with UN Sustainable Development Goals 3 (Good Health and Well-Being) and 12 (Responsible Consumption and Production).
Teaching: She teaches Digital Marketing and Marketing Management at undergraduate and postgraduate levels, including online programs.
