Dr. Ayo Mansaray is a Senior Lecturer in Sociology of Education & Policy at King's College London, based in the School of Education, Communication & Society. His research focuses on educational inequalities, gentrification's impact on urban schools, and the sociological analysis of educational policies. He previously held roles at the University of East London, Brunel, and London Metropolitan University.

Notable awards include the Institute of Education Thesis Prize (2013), Churchill Fellowship (2013), and SAGE BSA Sociology Prize (2013). He is a member of the Centre for Public Policy Research (CPPR) and teaches on King's MA Education programme.
