Ashley Roberts is a Lecturer at Warwick Business School (University of Warwick) and serves as the Assistant Dean (Internationalisation). He holds a PhD from Cardiff University and has taught at Cardiff Business School and across global institutions including Belgium, Chile, China, Dubai, Hong Kong, Italy, and Singapore. His roles include module leadership for Undergraduate 'Engaging with International Business: Strategic Luxury Leadership,' Executive MBA Organisational Behaviour variants in London, and the MBA elective 'Leading Global Organisations.'
Research interests include High Performance Work Systems, Luxury Leadership, and the interplay between organizational culture, leadership, identity, and control. He actively publishes in top-ranked journals and serves on the editorial board of The British Journal of Management. He acts as External Examiner for MBAs at Russell Group Universities and holds Visiting Professorships globally.
