Ashley Allanson

Ashley Allanson is an Associate Professor of Instruction in the Department of Recreation, Sport Pedagogy, and Consumer Sciences at Ohio University's Patton College of Education. His academic background includes a first-class B.Sc. in Sports Coaching & Performance from the University of Hull (2007) and a Ph.D. (2014) focused on the retrospective careers of UK soccer coach educators. His research emphasizes sociological aspects of sports coaching, blending academic rigor with practical experience.
