David Mycock is a Senior Lecturer and Course Leader for Sports Coaching Science with Disability Sport at the University of Worcester's School of Sport and Exercise Science. He holds full-time academic roles since 2006 and oversees partnership programs with Masaryk University in the Czech Republic. His expertise spans coaching science, disability sports, and elite youth player development.

- MSc International Coaching Science (via Studentship)
- PGCert Learning and Teaching in Higher Education
Research Interests: Focuses on skill acquisition in elite youth athletes, psycho-social dynamics in disability sports, and interdisciplinary approaches (e.g., psycho-physio methods) in coaching science. He employs auto-ethnographic methodologies to explore coaching practices.
